                        * CONFIRMED RESERVATION DATES *

        All hunts are booked on a first come, first served basis. We will not hold any
    hunt dates firmly without a deposit.

          We suggest to our clients to reserve their hunting dates and leases as soon as
    possible after the 1st of February of each year due to the fact that we have a limited
    number of hunting spots and leases available.

           To confirm a reservation date for a hunting package or lease, the hunter(s)
    must pay a deposit of 50% of the price of the hunting package or lease PER PERSON
    no later than the 1st of May of the present year. On the contrary, we cannot
    guarantee their place in our hunting schedule plans; the rest of the cost of the
    hunting packages or lease must be paid on a date agreed to with a representative of
    El Chupadero Ranch Outfitters, or 30 days before arriving for the hunt.
        When we receive your deposit, we will send you a client confirmation letter to
    confirm reception of payment & hunt dates as well as send you meeting, driving or
    travel instructions, plus any additional info you may need.

         If hunt balances are not paid in full at least 30 days prior to a hunt trip date,
    deposit may be forfeited and trip cancelled.

                                      * CANCELLATIONS *

            If you cannot make your hunting trip, a minimum of 90 (ninety) days written
    notice must be given before established hunt date for cancellations and/or
    rescheduling. All deposits are non-refundable.
           If, for some reason we are forced to cancel your reserved hunting trip we will
    do our best to provide you with a fair & reasonable alternative; if the solution we
    propose is not acceptable by you, we will gladly reimburse you for the total amount
    of any funds you may have sent us as payment for the compromised hunt - no
    questions asked.
